9This workshop will be held at my home workshop in Bournemouth BH10. Please note there are several steps to the premises.
In this workshop I will be teaching you how to do free motion embroidery with your sewing machine. There will be lots of guidance throughout, with demonstrations and practise and then you get to put all the skills together to make a small picture or two suitable for cards.
You will need your own sewing machine and you will need to either be able to ‘drop your feed dogs’ (it’s not a dance move!) or have a darning plate for your machine. You will also need a free motion foot but I will contact you at time of booking to discuss this. You will also need to bring either dark grey or black thread and on a bobbin and your usual sewing scissors etc.
